CrimsonCup Coffee helps independent coffeehouse owners compete against big corporate chains. They offer business advice, employee training, equipment, merchandising and marketing support. And they supply their own brand of high-quality roasted coffee beans and other specialty coffee products.

After developing a new brand language for CrimsonCup, Eyethink went to work building a new web site that featured increased functionality and a personality that better reflected the mission and values of the company. The theme of the site was "coffee & community" and it was designed to appeal to an audience of independent coffeehouse owners and prospective owners.

The site featured an interactive map with directions to all CrimsonCup coffeeshops nationwide,
a virtual bulletin board where coffeehouse owners can share stories, and a section with quirky bios of CrimsonCup associates.
