OSU College of Dentistry Signage & Wayfinding Study

OSU College of Dentistry Signage & Wayfinding Study

Eyethink was tasked with documenting the challenges facing patients and visitors as they navigate in and around The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Some of the main issues discovered were the lack of differentiation between academic and clinical parts of the building, the need for directional signage and architectural deficiencies in relation to building circulation.

Eyethink conducted an in-depth study of these problems, which led to a comprehensive report of proposed solutions. Recommendations consisted of proper building identification signs, a new interior directional signage system, and proposed revisions to architectural elements of the building.
